Administrative Staff

|About the Board | Members of the Board |

When an application is received by the Board, it is assigned to a Labour Relations Officer (LRO). The LRO is the point of contact for the parties and is responsible for the processing of the application from start to finish. This includes getting appropriate responses to the application, identifying issues in dispute, facilitating the exchange of documents, working with the parties to resolve issues and scheduling matters to resolution conferences and hearings. Even once the file has reached the adjudication stage, the LRO continues to work with the parties to narrow the issues, prepare for the hearing and resolve matters where possible.

There are 7 labour relations officers located in Edmonton and Calgary.  Direct phone numbers for Board staff can be found below our Staff member.  For information on roles and responsibilities for Administrative Staff see Information Bulletin #2.
