1999, the Labour Relations Board conducted a Client
Satisfaction Survey. Angus Reid Group completed its
interviews and compiled the final data for the Board.

to the survey,
a Feasibility
Report was
produced.
This
pioneer undertaking
for the Board
was to provide
information that
would be of interest
to us all.
It served as
a tool for the
Board in developing
service benchmarks.
The Board would
like to thank
all its clients,
members and staff
who participated
in the survey.
The Board is
considering undertaking
another survey,
pending availaiblity
of resources.
