Biography - Mr. Wally Gloeckler

Wally Gloeckler currently teaches at the U of A and NAIT in the areas of Mediation Skills, Negotiations, Conflict Resolution, Labour Relations, Employee Relations in addition to Corporate Training for NAIT. He also conducts workplace assessments.
Wally’s 45-year labour relations career includes both labour and management experience as a union representative and labour relations manager in the private and public sectors in education, municipal government, grocery and casino. He has negotiated collective agreements including chief spokesperson for both union and management.
