Biography - Ms. Paulette DeKelver

Paulette holds a B.A. (1996) and an LL.B. (2002), both with distinction.  She is named to the Designated Mediator Roster. As a mediator, Paulette serves Employees, Unions, and Employers to address a wide range of workplace conflicts including collective bargaining, essential services, complex accommodations, harassment, restructuring, and diversity. Prior to becoming a mediator, Paulette had twenty years’ experience in litigating labour relations matters, disability claims, medical malpractice issues, and personal injury matters. Paulette teaches several courses at NAIT in the JR Shaw School of Business including Labour Relations, Arbitration and Mediation, and Business Negotiations.
