[1] There was a typographical error in our letter of November 26, 2001. The application under section 15(3)(e) of the Labour Relations Code to dismiss the Union’s successorship and common employer applications was made by Denman Industrial Trailers Ltd. and North Country Catering Ltd. and not by Frontier Catering Ltd. As indicated in the letter of November 26, 2001, the applications are granted. Reasons will be provided in due course.
