[1]    At the conclusion of the Union's case, Denman Industrial Trailers Ltd. ("Denman") and Frontier Catering Ltd.("Frontier") made an application under section 15(3)(e) of the Labour Relations Code to dismiss the Union’s successorship applications under section 44 and the Union’s common employer applications under section 45. The Panel of the Board (Casey, Flannery, and Drisdelle) has considered the oral and written arguments and has granted the applications by Denman and Frontier.

[2]    Reasons will be provided in due course. The parties may contact the Board officer with respect to scheduling the continuation of the hearing for the balance of the issues.
